Claire Ramsey joined the Library Board in October 2020. Claire grew up in San Francisco, but has lived in South San Francisco for the last 20 years. She works as a public interest attorney at a nonprofit advocating for access to affordable health care for older adults. Claire received her B.A. in English from U.C. Berkeley, her M.A. in Drama from San Francisco State University, and her law degree from UC Hastings. She lives with her husband and two children who all love visiting the library together.
