I'm currently a junior at South san Francisco High school and I've been in Youth Commission for about a year now. Ever since I've joined I feel like I have a lot of confidence to advocate for myself as well as other peers my age. The Youth Commission has given me access to being a part of amazing things such as small projects, contributions to projects outside of the Commission, and receiving the National Youth Leadership Proclamation. I believe that many young leaders should join the commission to put their voices to use.
